purchase order worklist - confirm as requested checkbox in overview

hi,

When opening the list of POs to be confirmed (Process Due Confs) in the overview list, there is a column "confirm as request" (Cnf. Rqstd) which contains checkboxes which are grayed out. The purpose, as I understand, should be to be able to select more than one line to confirm at once.

The question is very simple, how can these checkboxes made editable? See inserted image.
