User has created std PO in poduction on 3rd Oct,2012. The Alert of new PO was triggered on 14th dec,2012 and was received by supplier.
I have checked the PO but no changes were done done in PO by user after 3rd oct,2012.
My question is how can supplier receive alert on 14th Dec,2012 for PO created on 3rd oct,2012.
What I need to be check.

Hi Experts,
I am facing an issue wherein in WEB UI PO confirmation is done and instead of ROC_Out ..RON_out is getting triggered.
In addtion to that i am getting an issue of ASSETION failed..but XML RON_out is getting generated and it is successful

Also for ROC_Out Issue which is not triggering
I tried maintaining below validation setting :
Profile:POC3
Validation check:PO_PUBLISH_ACCEPTED_ITEMS
Validation check:PO_PUBLISH_CHANGED_ITEMS
Validation check:PO_PUBLISH_ACCEPTED_ITEMS
Status i have maintained as Inactive.
Please let me know what could be the solution so that ROC_Out will get triggered and also i would be able to resolve assertion issue and should be able to activate planning structure object.
I think all the above are related to single issue thats the reason i am posting this in one thread.

Hi All,
I am facing an issue in SMI details screen on SNC Web UI.
while checking the demand for a particular Plant, I am getting an error as below:
1) Time series error in class /SCF/CL_ICHDM_DATAAXS method /SCF/IF_ICHDMAXS_2_CNTL~SELECT
2) Time profile access out of validity period.
Upon further checking found that, key figures DFC01 time series data type are showing data upto current date in TSDM, but on Web UI above error is getting while fetching the data.
This issue is occuring for a particular Plant for all the supplier.
Kindly help me to get below Point:
1) How should I check the validity of the Time Profile?
2) Is this issue related to data matrix?
3) Is there any setting in SPRO relavent to Location?

Hello all We are using DR process in SNC and thus want to use RSMIPROACT report to send Preq from ECC to SNC. I have set up Source list, PIR etc.and created Preq in ECC still Preq info is not seen on DR monitor. Although Idoc PROACT created carries Preq Qty and date and also PAN XML carries information. I also activated Time series type DFC01 & SMI02 in SNC system Please help if I am missing any thing here? Thnx Vipin

I saw several threads related to using the Idoc PORDCR1.PORDCR102 for sending subcon POs to SNC. However I did not find an answer on what process code needs to be used for this Message Type on the ECC side while setting up Partner Profiles.
Can someone please provide the necessary information on how Partner profiles are to be setup for the subcon PO scenario.

Product Master is not extended to Customer and Vendor locations when you CIF Material Master from ECC to SNC system.
So how do typically projects extend Product Master to Customer locations especially for Customer Collaboration process.
CIF enhancement is one option and custom BAPI developments in APO is another option. Someone mentioned using APO Loader tool. But want to know what is typically used in SNC projects.

I have created myself as a business partner, type BUP003 - Employee (Maintained) with the user name of my user name when I log into SCM. I have assigned myself as the Employee Responsible (TBUR011 - Is the Employee Responsible For) for a second business partner which is a vendor (BBP000 - Vendor (Maintained)). When I open my WebUI, I get logged in, but it gives me the message "User * is not assigned to partner" I am sure that I am missing something pretty simple but cannot figure it out. Any thoughts?

Could yu please help me in getting the tables or list of tables where i can get the detials of the master forecast profile and basically forecast related tables. My requirment is to see the "to which product - location or location or business partner, required master forecast profile is assigned".
User's requrment: To check check location has which forecast profile in mass display like in table/output of the report.
I got the below tables in SNC were i can see the details of the master forecast profile alone:
/SAPAPO/DP440P
/SAPAPO/DP440G
If further clarification is needed then do let me know. apprciate your efforts in helping me out.

Can someone help me find out where the HU packing materials are stored in SPP SNC and how the weight is maintained? The issue my users are facing is the weight for our custom packing material is in LB but we want to have this in KG, I am thinking this could be stored on the packing material specifications but not sure.

We are using Basic Idoc Type :MBGMCR02 to Post Auto Goods Receipt in ECC.
This happens when external system ( 3rd Party System) sends this message which in turn posts the GR in ECC.
Thru Goods Movement BAPI
My Question is CAN WE POST auto goods receipt thru MBGMCR02 with Inbound delivery as reference document - Instead use ASN ( Advanced shipping notification ) which is Reference document in inbound delivery to Post Goods receipt in ECC.
This is required for our integration peice with 3rd party system.
And also pl let me if we can use Basic types MBGMCR01 or MBGMCR03 to post auto goods receipt in ECC with reference to PO which has confirmation control key set and instead of passing inbound delivery number can we pass ASN number which is external delivery ( Reference ) number and post goods receipt successfully in ECC.
Would appreciate your immediate help in this regard.

I joined the new project t is SNC. Previously i was worked in SAP R/3 MM/SD/WM and PP modules.I have gone through web site and SNC forum. Pl
1. SNC is the part of SCM and acting as server as supplier can login to see the PO and sending ASN ,PO acknoledgement etc...
2. In R/3 after MRP Run or manual PO created by user send to SNC, then supplier view the PO
3.For sending the PO in R/3 to SNC have different IDOC type
4. We have configure as SNC as separate logical system to send the PO
5. For inbound IDOC from SNC we can use the R/3 inbound IDOC like ASN
6. SNC is web based so both the suppler and customer company user can see the PO details.

I'm trying to transfer a quality notification from ECC to SNC and the following error is occuring in SNC-XML:
Quality notification 200000633 contains no items 008(/SCA/BIF_QUALITY)
Partner(s) is(are) not found 011(/SCA/DM_MDL)
Party 3000 is not maintained 085(/SCA/BIF_MI)
SPRO >> SNC >> Basic Settings >> Processing Inbound and Outbound Messages >> Process Types for Inbound Messages >> Assign Sender- and Recipient-Dependent Process Types (Inbound)
Is there anything else that I have to check?

We have just gone live with SNC, but are ´facing problems when transfering PROACT Idoc from ECC 6.0 to SNC 7.0. We get an error in SXI_MONITOR stating :
BuyerParty is missing or invalid 011(/SCA/DM_SV_PROACT)
BOL processing failed. XML-message inbound processing has been terminated 002(/SCA/DM_BOL_CON)

While creating a session in LSMW i am getting an error with pop up as "Error in of session". When i click on help button then below message appears:
LSMW is created using the recording (BDC) and dorect file upload with no code wrritten. LSMW is updating the rounding value and rounding profile product master of SNC.

An error occurred when deleting sessions.
Procedure
Repeat deletion.
